I kinda missed cooking & baking. THIS RECIPE WAS PURE ACCIDENT. Last summer, I was experimenting on ingredients I had at home and decided to make PROTEIN pancakes. It turned out like bread, so I played around with it. :P 😁

BANANA Protein BREAD
•2 bananas
•1/2 cup almond meal flour
•4 tbsp Flaxseed
•2 tbsp Chia seeds
•4 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
•4 scoops Vanilla Protein whey
•1 tsp vanilla liquid stevia
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/4 tsp baking soda
•145 calories per slice

Preheat at 300F. Mix the dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients. Put parchment paper on your bread bakeware (I used glass), pour your batter equally. Leave in your oven for 30 mins. Makes 10 slices. Let it cool. Serve. Enjoy!
